Who we are. GuardianX is a parent-authorized child-safety service. Contact / grievance officer: helpdeskdcp@gmail.com.
Not spyware. The child's device always shows that GuardianX is active. We never read chats, record the microphone or camera, capture passwords, or copy photos.
What we collect and why

Legal basis. Verifiable consent of the parent or legal guardian (India DPDP Act 2023), confirmed by email. We do no behavioural tracking and no targeted advertising of children.
Sharing. We do not sell data. Optional processors are used only if you enable them: Telegram (alert delivery), an AI provider (redacted snippets for unclear alerts, off by default), and Razorpay (payments).
Your rights. In Settings you can download all your data and delete your account, which erases all family data. For corrections or grievances, contact helpdeskdcp@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security. Encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional 2-step verification, per-device keys, tamper-evident audit log.
Breach. Affected parents and the authorities will be informed as required by law.
