Terms of Service

1. Who may use it. Only a parent or legal guardian, for their own minor child, and only on devices they are entitled to manage.
2. Transparency. You must tell your child that GuardianX is installed. Hidden or covert use, or monitoring adults or other people's children, is prohibited and ends your account.
3. Trial and billing. Every family gets a 30-day free trial with all features. After that, paid plans run month by month. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period. A 7-day grace period applies after expiry. SOS and safety alerts keep working even if a subscription lapses.
4. What the service can and cannot do. Protection depends on each device's capabilities, and the app shows these honestly (FULL / PARTIAL / LIMITED / NOT_SUPPORTED). GuardianX is a safety assistant, not a replacement for parental supervision or emergency services. In an emergency call 112.
5. AI alerts. Alerts are probabilistic and can be wrong. You make the final decision.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is".
